Order Cancellation

We do not allow any order cancellation after your order has already been received. When you receive the email your order has been placed, you cannot request a cancellation. If you do not want the items you've ordered you can submit for a return when you've received your order. Please see our return policy for the instructions on how to proceed. If a duplicate item is ordered within the same order by accident we are happy to credit your account back for the double item ordered. 

No refunds are offered. All returns are processed as store credit to your customer account.
